    ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS. No refunds or exchanges will be given at any time. All customers has the opportunity to cancel an order.

    Due to health regulations and hygiene concerns, the Federal Law prohibits us from accepting used human hair products. If the item is removed from its bundle and used in any visible way, returns are null and voided.

    Cancellation Policy

    All customers are allowed to cancel their order. Your order has to be cancelled within the first 24 hours of purchase. MajorKee will not honor any cancellations after the 24 hour time stamp.
     

  • Hair Maintenance

    Actual Hair Maintenance wil vary per user and style. Please ask your trusted, professional stylist for specific washing and maintenance instructions.

     

    • Detangle hair from ends to roots before washing.
    • Carefully wash with likewarm water and a mild shampoo. Do not rub or twist the hair. Follow with conditioner. 
    • Gentlly squeeze out excess water and pat dry with towel. Do not roll or rub the hair dry into the towl. 
    • Dry and styles hair as recommended by your hair stylist.
    • For bonder hair, do not blow dry apply heat over adhesives.
